DIRECTOR

Luke Hockley

He has three key skills; he finds and helps groups solve the real problem, he makes difficult things easy to understand and he tells a great story. 

His unique combination of curiosity, insight, people skills, group facilitation, forward thinking, strategic problem solving, passion, compassion and storytelling is a result of his diverse life experience. He has a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma of Graphic Art, is a qualified Alexander Technique Teacher, is a practicing artist and has run a successful small business for many years.

He works closely with organisations in health, social justice and the environment to assist Boards, CEOs, Executives and Senior Leaders to:

  • Resolve strategic tensions (Should we do this or that...why?)

  • Position organisations or projects (Identifying and articulating the vision and role)

  • Engage internal and external stakeholders in strategic questions

  • Develop their Strategic Plan

He has positioned or developed strategic plans for numerous organisations, including:

  • Our Watch – Vision “An Australia where women and their children live free from all forms of violence”. Role “To stop violence before it starts”.

  • The Australian Energy Foundation – Vision “An equitable zero carbon society”. Role – “To accelerate the energy transition by empowering communities to take action”.

  • Canberra Health Services – Vision “Creating exceptional healthcare together”. Role “To be a health service that is trusted by our community”.

  • The Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria – Vision “Life is sustained and enriched by plants”. Role “Every interaction with us advances the understanding and appreciation of plants”.

Carolyn Monod

Being involved in projects that do good in our community gives Carolyn a deep satisfaction in her work.

She is excellent at keeping projects moving by making sure that everyone has what they need to do their job well. Because of this she is able to ensure Midnightsky delivers the highest quality outcomes on the day they have been promised. 

Carolyn keeps Midnightsky’s wheels turning with a supportive, practical and clarifying calmness. She adapts quickly to change and is always seeking a better way to solve a problem and keep things flowing.

Cressida Bradley

Cress writes with clarity and vibrancy to inspire your audiences to change the world (or at least the part that you’re passionate about).

Over the last decade she has collected a treasure of experiences as a Communications Strategist and a copywriter, and in her own practice as an artist and storyteller.

She has worked with the health, arts, leadership, community development and sustainability sectors. And had experience in corporate, not-for-profit, and government settings.

FACILITATOR

Matt Wicking

Matt Wicking is an experienced facilitator and workshop designer. He brings together a rich blend of human, technical and organisational skills.

Prior to the past decade as a professional facilitator, his diverse experience includes driving organisational change in the corporate sector, teaching behaviour change with the Monash Sustainability Institute, climate change communications work for the Bureau of Meteorology, and running the Centre for Sustainability Leadership's Future Makers Fellowship Program.
