Team workshops and courses

A short course or individual workshop that helps teams cultivate the skills they need to pursue their organisation’s vision, communicate well and perform at an elite level.

Creating a successful, productive and happy team can be a real conundrum. Over the years we have learnt that there are some consistent factors that lead to success.

Teams have to be connected to the purpose of the organisation they are working for. They have to understand it (so it has to exist!) and they have to be excited about pursuing it. They also need to have the skills to do the work they are in charge of doing, this includes their ability to communicate well with each other and with anyone outside of the team who is important to their success. And they also need to be a part of a culture that has an attitude that enables them to perform at a very high level.

We can work together to design a workshop or series of workshops for a team of people who would like to:

  • Understand and work in accord with the organisations purpose and values
  • Communicate well
  • Perform at an elite level

So how does it work?

It’s simple. We meet and have a coffee, I ask you some questions and then I go away and design a course or workshop that matches your teams needs, your budget and the time you have available.

Once you approve the course we set off on our adventure.
