Perfect for anyone who ‘performs’ in any genre, dance, theatre, workshop facilitation, public speaking, music…

Being performance fit means being ready to move, sing and speak for an audience. Performance fitness is about developing the skills to deliver the best of what you have got, as often as you can.

You work at your own level. Your movement, your thinking and your performance chops will heat up.

If your thinking…ummm does that mean me? Well then, hell yes! Come on.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and bring a water bottle.

NB: The Theatre faces Campbell Street but you enter via the corner of Campbell and McCutcheon. It is the building behind the Gym.
